I worked with this office and couldn't be any more grateful for everything they've done for me over the past 4-5 years especially Carin. Carin and her team went above and beyond and were always there for me whenever I had a question or concern. You getting the feeling that they really do care about you as a person and want the best for you at all times. I highly recommend this firm to anyone who is looking for any sort of assistance and Stark & Stark is a place ill definitely return to if I need anything in the future!

I had gotten into a terrible motorcycle accident a few months ago and was utterly devastated. Jacklyn Kofman, a friend at the firm, reached out to me and put me in touch with Carin O'Donnell and Mindy Wajda. I'll never forget the first consultation. They told me, "you focus on getting better, we'll take care of the rest." Carin, Mindy, and Jacklyn's level of professionalism and promptness, I would give more than 5 stars. The speed in which the claim was settled is a testament to their work. As much as I wanted to put aside and forget the traumatic incident, I want to say thank you Carin, Mindy, and Jacklyn for being so patient with me. Lastly, as someone who has worked at Revzilla and the motorcycle industry, I highly HIGHLY recommend Stark & Stark, god forbid, you get into an accident. This was my FIRST experience with ANY attorney for ANY reason at ANYTIME...ever. Aside from Judge Judy I really knew nothing about lawyers, court, litigation etc. My case wasn't going anywhere and I felt out of touch and COMPLETELY uninformed. I had lost hope and that was when my case was turned over to Joe Cullen. He was happy to answer all and I mean ALL of my questions and guide me through the process. Joe was a pleasure to work with and I was impressed at how quickly he and his staff were able to help me with my case! I am just so grateful Joe ended up representing me. I highly recommend him.
