Earth Work Design

If companies were family, Earth Work Design would be the family I would choose. The owner Nick is a local Yardley native that has a love for his community and passion for design which noticeably displays in his work. He turned our goals into a vision and our vision into a literal dream that we can touch, celebrate and enjoy with our growing family. Nick and his team at Earth Work Design come highly recommended. They handled everything with grace, patience most importantly communication every step of the way. The before and after pictures do not do the project justice. They built this backyard from the ground up. Nothing but the land was there before it. Now we have a custom covered mahogany deck with a dual gas and wood burning fireplace, seating for nighttime movies and entertaining, a blue stone ground outdoor kitchen equipped with a sink, gas grill, flat top grill, refrigerator and amply countertop space and storage. From 3D renderings, to permits, to my endless questions, patience with mother nature, landscaping plans, coordinating with subcontractors they do it all. A true full-service company that is trustworthy. This review is long overdue as this project was completed in April 2021. Since then, Nick is still a phone call away.

My husband and I have had Earth Work Design (Nick Pugliese) complete two large projects at our home. 1) a custom cedar and metal fence surrounding 3/4 of our property 2) a new deck, bluestone walkway with stairs, and garden bed retaining wall spanning the entire front of our home. Were both absolutely thrilled with how each turned out. Everything looks amazing! Nick is an outstanding designer and he cares deeply about the work that he does. His wholistic approach means you feel taken care of, your home feels safe and looked after and you feel very comfortable allowing him to handle/manage large and difficult jobs. He works closely with his crew and oversees every detail. The type of work he does is very difficult and often messy. He expertly handles all aspects and any problems that come up. The finished product is perfect! We have recommended Nick successfully to several other neighbors and all have also been very happy with his work, too!

Results are the most important factor, and Earth Work Design (Nick and his team), exceeded our expectations. Were very happy with the entire process from start to finish. Originally, we thought this was going to be a 2 stage process, and because of our confidence in Nick and the reasonable rates, we completed the entire scope of the work over the last few weeks. We felt comfortable with Nick and his team throughout the process and Im sure well use their services again very soon; as a matter of fact, were already discussing the next step.
