        Phone lines are awful. Getting through to speak with someone takes forever and the hold times once you get through are very long. Some of the doctors are awful, uncaring and horrible bed side manor. Nurse Practitioner Gill is great though.

        No idea why people have left such harsh reviews. I can get appointments easily, wait times are reasonable, and I've been able to get labs drawn *literally* inside the exam room so I don't have to worry about going to their lab or one that takes my insurance. I see Andrea McGlinsey NP, she is incredible. She's easy to talk to, and knows a lot about women's health--very important to me. I can usually leave a message for the office and get an Rx written the same or next day. Only bad experience was with Dr Patel, who doesn't seem to work here anymore. She was condescending, rude, and harassed me when I was looking up which travel vaccinations I needed to receive before studying abroad. Conversation was difficult, and she seemed to interpret my strong medical literacy and questions as an insult to her competence.

        My mother has been a patient here since they were Yardley Medical. She stays because it's what she knows. Often the doctors are rude to her and do not address her concerns. I've been trying to get her to go elsewhere. I give 2 stars be ause some of the staff is helpful.
