Can’t say enough positive things about Worthington Ins. So happy we made the switch a few years back. Melissa and Barbara were extremely helpful making the transition from our previous company to theirs. They were able to save us money for the exact coverage that we previously had by using many of their carriers for comparison. We can always depend on them answering our questions whenever we call. Call backs are immediate. Customer service is superb. Happy to say they have our business for both auto and homeowners.

I have been a customer for 15 years, they always give you personal service, return phone calls quickly and usually actually just talk to you when you call. They have given me recommendations over the years on which policies to switch to for the best value, in this digital age it is nice to count on worthington for personal service!!

I finished an AARP safe driver course. Rather than send the certificate by snail mail I was allowed to email the cert. Nice and efficient. Charlie Rose

Reached out several times as a potential new customer for information and the feedback I received was terse and completely unhelpful. I was quite surprised as it doesn't take much time at all for a business to ensure that new customers are receiving the answers they're specifically looking for -- not try to decipher a 3-word response as a follow-up to a previous inquiry. Get on the phone, ask questions, show some interest... These are the marks of a business with good service. The sole reason that customers reach out to an insurance broker is because they have questions and are looking for guidance and assistance. When that's not being provided, well, that's not ideal.
