All of the staff at Arrow family medicine have been nothing but kind and helpful to me since I became a patient, and they work hard to make sure all of their patients are taken care of. When I called to let them know I was sick and wanted to be seen, they were able to get me in that day to see me! All of the Nurses and Drs there have the best attitudes and are very genuinely caring and kind.

Stay away. After five years I can say for sure: there is always an issue. Never straightforward. After their latest fiasco I am finally done. They failed to renew my prescription in time, leaving me without pain relief for severe back pain over the weekend. I called at 8:36 AM Monday supposedly office hours but only got their answering service. I left a detailed message. They called back much later in the afternoon, 2:45. When I asked again about the prescription they were so rude that I told them it feels like they just dont care about me. Thats when they told me I had been a no-show to a previous appointment and didnt seem to care about myself. Later it turned out they made a mistake the appointment had been tele-health and was kept. But, either way, why would missing an appointment mean I do not deserve basic care, pain relief, and basic respect, even if it had been my mistake? I had to get CVS to request the refill. At the end of the day finally it was put it through. Mind you: I had 30 Naproxen and this was the first refill. This wasnt even helping enough, as I told them many times. Another doctor would have done more to ensure I did not suffer. Yes, I could have gone to the ER. But what are you here for anyway if you cant do the very basics? It starts with an odd feeling. Then the discomfort grows. They have hidden agendas that do not involve healthcare. They look down their noses at you to judge you through some kind of distorted moral lens. I think they took the hypocritical oath and they have no clue who Hippocrates even is. Avoid!

We do care and we love all our patients. Without getting into specifics the last time you were into visit was over 15 months ago. Your review is based on numerous phone calls while not actually coming to visit? Prescription renewals without seeing our patients is simply bad for you. We do need to see our patients to care for them. Face to face is our wheelhouse. I am sure had we seen you face to face your experience would be different. Also - A phone call direct to us would have been your best course of action for sure to express this deeply personal experience. We are always here and would certainly listen and hear you. Furthermore - We are always looking to improve. It is not easy to be exactly what every patient needs but we certainly try to educate while caring for you the best way possible. Please consider reaching out direct. I can tell you that when we are approached directly and not through social media it always works out better than this method. Unless this is just to lash out and if that is the case, I hope it helps. We would rather direct contact. In closing - Your review could not be further from the truth of who we are.
