Capital Health Primary Care - Yardley

The nurses think they are doctors . The staff is lazy except for Kenya and Jennifer . You have to call a million and one times to get the nurses to fill out paperwork requested and the coke up with a million reasons why it hasnt been done ! Dont waste your time at this office !! Great doctors but staff sucks!

The place is very small, they even cant do bloodwork and had to send me to Labcorp. I went for annual physical which is preventative but they gave Labcorp a routine visit billing code, and none of the insurance company, Labcorp and the provider has an explanation for the billing code. I was on time for the appointment but the front desk is so slow and only left me 15min for visit. The doctor isnt professional either. I would never return to this place.

Dr Daniela ONeil is absolutely the best. She is caring compassionate and she takes her time to explain everything in detail. She answers all your questions and is such a sweetheart. I highly recommend having her as a doctor!

All the doctors I have seen in the office have been really great, but the office staff seems to be really slow about refilling prescriptions and their system for doing so is really unintuitive. Every month I seem to have problems getting my pills refilled and it's always right at the buzzer, which is really stressful since it is a medication I can't miss even one dose of. I am on hold right now trying to fix this issue, yet again, with this office. Also the nurse line has never once returned a call. You can have the best doctors in the world but if your staff can't get business accomplished in a timely manner does it really matter?

Dr. Daniela O'Neil is the best medical professional I have had in a long time! She is amazing. Highly recommend her as a doctor/nurse practitioner.
