The bus was clean and comfortable other than that the experience was awful. Since we left for the 6 hour bus ride the bus driver was talking on the phone nonstop. He told us that he had to stop the bus for some reason with the bus but just ended up walking inside a WAWA gas station and said passengers could leave the bus but only for a minute. As he was leaving knowing passengers hadn’t been back on the bus he stopped and told the few running to catch the bus that he would leave them. He left behind a passenger which he saw and was still near the gas station when pulling out. He then we were in the middle of no where. When we arrived at a stop the tickets had said we would have a one hour stop for DC. The driver then told us that we only had about 11 minutes and if we didn’t come back on the bus he would leave us “like he left the other guy behind” and began calling the passenger who he left behind names. Someone on the bus had called customer service and complained and the driver said we would not leave the stop until he figured out who made the call. He argued back and forth with other passengers and we couldn’t leave the bus but ended us staying at the station for an hour. The bus driver didn’t let us have a break and eat at the station stop like we were supposed to. He was rude the entire time.

Worked with the company during October 2017. Buses were in good condition and passangepa were content. Drivers were kind and helpful

Luke and Tom have been driving our group,Friends of the Huntingdon Valley Library, for the pass 3 years usually round trip to Broadway NYC. They know exactly how to navigate our route and are extremely efficient getting us there on time and pick up too. One of our travelers recently lost her keys on the bus and Luke went well beyond helping and getting her keys returned. Thanks Luke!
