Would like to give a huge shoutout to Mike and his wife at Big Oak Citgo for their exceptional service! We found ourselves with a suspected flat tire on my wife's car, and as our regular mechanic recently retired, we tried Big Oak Citgo. Knowing we needed a quick fix before my business trip, we planned to schedule an appointment for repairs. However, despite being fully booked, Mike took the time to personally inspect the tire right then and there. Lo and behold, he not only located the leak but also fixed it on the spot, free of charge! Can't thank them enough! From now on, Big Oak Citgo has our loyalty for all our repairs, maintenance, and inspections. Feels good to support local businesses like theirs.

Mike did a free, very thorough car seat installation and safety check. I was able to schedule online. He took the time to explain many aspects of car seat safety and show me everything I need to know before our first child arrives, and fitted the car seat for us. He clearly cares about his community and I'll absolutely be recommending him for car seat installation and visiting him anytime I need a mechanic. Thank you for your service to the community, Mike!
