I worked with this company for several years and things seemed to be solid and then they fell apart. The communication completely broke down with no return calls, emails, and untimely work. I had to go elsewhere in order to get my business back to a workable point.

Dont ever use them!! Although I have personally not had experience with Alan one of his employees did my taxes 3 years ago and sent me a letter that they were being e-filed but never filed them! She took payment and never did the jobI am just finding this out now and I am the one left with the penalties!! When I reached out to her she pretty much told me oh well she isnt even a cpa so nothing she can do and she closed her practice so maybe I can PAY her boss to do the job she supposedly already did for me!! When you look up reviews of her old practice you will see an almost identical story to minetook payment and never filed the taxes!! I trusted that she filed them because she said she did and she took payment!! If you plan on using this firm dont ever let Nicole touch any of your filesyou will be left with nothing but penalties and interest from a job NOT DONe!!!
