So i walked Into the office to find nobody to receive me and the electronic kiosk covered up with a blank sheet of paper. So what do I do? I stand in the middle of the reception area waiting for direction. 5 minutes later an employee comes through telling me to go have a seat in the waiting room in a very condescending tone like I was doing something wrong. This message could and should be conveyed with some signage if it isnt possible to have a person to receive you. Frankly irritated the hell out of me.
The only reason Im giving 3 stars is that once I was brought back, the lady that did my bloodwork was very pleasant and professional
