        this bank closed my account and when my money was direct deposited into my account from my unemployment since they closed my account they refuse to return the money back to the unemployment office to send me my money that is due to me and the unemployment office has told them to refund my money back to them and they refused to do so and my account has been closed since the begining of December

        My husband and I had a great experience with Hermine. We had many questions and different things for her to do. Mission accomplished!!! Hermine was very knowledgeable, patient, personable, and all around helpful to us! Thank you, Hermine!! Also noteworthy is that we've always had a good experience with FCFCU!
