They had me waiting in the Dr.'s office for 35 minutes for my first appt with the Dr. Nobody came in to tell me he was running late or to give me an ETA. Then I went to the receptionist who responded by saying the Dr is with a patient, no apology, but she offered to reschedule. I left. I'll find someone else.

Waited months to see Dr. Michael Theriault to address nerve pain Ive been experiencing since a car accident last year. After explaining what brought me in (someone t-boned me on my drivers side at high speed while I was going through a green light) the FIRST question this guy asks me is well had you been drinking something? Im sorrywhat? I didnt even know how to respond. Needless to say, I did not seek further treatment and have since found a doctor that actually cares about their patients. Dont waste your time and money and go seek treatment elsewhere - you wont get it here apparently.

Took my grandma here. Better off going to Penn Or Crozer because they only know how to treat people with severe neurological problems. Unless you have balance or trouble moving a limb they really won't do anything for you. Save yourself, and go somewhere else if you have a neurological issue unrelated to balance or movement problems.
