I called the shop and a lady by the name of Richa answered I asked her numerous questions about arrangements, she was very polite and answered all my questions. I did not order anything that day, the next day day I called again and went over a few things I wanted. Richa made some suggestions I did order an arrangement that was delivered the next day, on time, fresh and looked amazing. I will recommend everyone I know to do business here. Thank you

I ordered internationally. When the recipient had to unexpectedly leave home for a funeral and I had to change the delivery time, Richa was fantastic. She expressed concern about the item being left outside for an extend period of time and offered to have it delivered later in the day instead. She even called me back long distance later in the day to let me know she had arranged for a delivery in the late afternoon. Richa totally went over and beyond to ensure the product delivery was secure and would arrive in top quality. And all throughout she remained friendly and cheerful, eager to make sure the experience was a most pleasant one. Thank you, Richa!

Please shop here. I talk to a lady that first off was so pleasant I left one place to shop here. While she was going to leave and have someone else service me, I ended catching her before she went and when I tell you I am grieving a death and the fact that she went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed my heart is full.
