These reviews are definitely payed for or something. This place is DISGUSTING! Mice everywhere. Feces on your dishware, in your stove, on your clothes, behind your bed. The communication is horrible. I've messaged them multiple times about the problem and nothing is done. Maintenance men are sketchy and liars and will lie on you. Management are PROFESSIONAL liars. They will not do anything for tenants unless you threaten to get a lawyer. I've only been here for a couple of months and it's the worst place I have ever seen. Constantly smells like drugs, cat piss. Make sure you guys document everything and take pictures like I have and be prepared to go to court just incase cause these people are a joke.

I lived there about 11 years ago and seems it hasn't changed. When I lived there there was no heat in the winter and hot water half the top. We would call the township on them all the time. It was a dump then and still is.

It's year October 2023 half way through the month Temps dropping into the 40s and they refuse to start providing this apartment complex with HEAT which the tenants pay for and yes they raised the rent. Worse place I've ever lived. I stay on the first floor and have a half way decent apartment that still needs a few things done to it but, the people upstairs above me start stomping and banging around 11 pm and it doesn't stop until around 4 am . And then around 830 am then the running back and forth starts along with the loud TV and Radio and more banging . Yes I've told management about it and I've been told that they call and tell them about it. Doesn't help. I'm beginning to think that they are doing drugs upstairs that is why they are up making noise all night long and letting the kid upstairs do anything he or she wants to do during the day. I'm gonna have to start looking for another place to live. And I didn't know when I moved in here that the guy who lived here before moved out for the same reason. And it's almost November and they still haven't turned my heat on which was supposed to be on October 1st. So I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex to anyone. You can't get in touch with anyone there when there's a problem.
