Black & Black Dental

Quick and easy process, I broke a filling and called them as a new patient. They got me in the next business day to fix it. I filled out all the paperwork, got an xray, and they did the filling all within ~40 minutes. Not only were they friendly and efficient, this is the first practice I've been to where I didn't feel the numbing needle or any pressure from the drilling. They definitely made me feel like my best interest was a priority over recommending more expensive procedures dentists before them pushed.

I moved to Lancaster County in 1969 and continued my association with my dentist who had an office in Red Lion, PA. He was very good, however, going to retire soon. I had been with him for many years so it was hard for me to think of moving on to another dental practice. As luck would have it, I had to find a dentist quickly and asked my coworkers for suggestions. Dr. John Black was suggested to me by my supervisor. The doctor had a small practice but what a comfort to find it very welcoming. I have been with this practice ever since and now have the pleasure of having the son of the former dentist taking care of my dental health. I am more than pleased with my dental care, with my dentist, and with his staff. The practice has grown since my first visit, however, their competency of caring for patients is always in evidence and their courtesy has never wavered since my first visit. As for me, I would heartily recommend this practice to anyone in need of a great dentist, a great dental hygienist, and/or a great staff that puts everyone at ease.  One very content patient,Darlene

Once upon a time, I was not Dr. Black's patient. I had lost a large, old filling right before I was to leave on vacation...I called his office and the rest is history! They not only gave me an appointment right away, Dr. Black meticulously replaced the filling, making sure my bite was right and that I could easily floss between it and the adjacent tooth. I went merrily (and painlessly!) on my vacation and have been a patient at this practice ever since! The staff is very competent, caring and friendly. I am glad to be a patient at Black and Black Dental. Thank you to this great practice.
