Working with Fleming to do our home renovation was wonderful! Christine was a saint and worked with me for months to find the right countertop, and the results were so much better than we hoped for. We went with stunning quartzite in our kitchen and it is simply perfect! My dad who was our contractor was also impressed how perfect every seam was where the countertops were joined together. We also got a marble countertop for our bathroom that is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. We had a sizing issue with the vanity top at first (not their fault) and the Fleming crew was quick to fix it. We are so thankful for all they did for us!

We had a bad experience with Fleming in that they did not secure the dishwasher as part of their installation. They told us it was our fault because our floor was uneven. They never advised us that this was an issue until they sent a shop worker out with a brace he had never seen or used before. He said there was no way he could see to install the brace.We also had a shelf on an opening that served as a pass through from the kitchen to the dining room. The original shelf had a curved front. The shelf they provided had a square front and now we can't open the adjoining antique china cabinet door for fear of breaking the glass. Had they matched the original shelf design, this would not be a problem.Fleming came highly recommended, but we are disappointed in their design, installation efforts and customer service

Had a great start with the Fleming team. Sallie helped pick the right tile, the crew building the template was excellent and we felt the crew doing the install was very good. Unfortunately. a week after installation the dishwasher rolled out from under the counter. We called for help and were told they were surprised the install team had not secured the dishwasher as they always do that. So they sent a shop mechanic out with a brace (which he had never worked with) and could he not figure out how to use it. Followed up 3 weeks later asking what they intended to do and was told they could not help us and to call a plumber. Wishing I had delayed payment. Great start, but not a great finish So sad

We were very pleased with the initial selection and ordering process with Kelly. From there the template guy was very knowledgeable, thorough, and detailed in his approach to getting this shape to fit properly. The install crew started off with a great introduction at the door, and proceeded to do a perfect install. We could not have been more pleased.
