        The GEICO website stopped letting me access my quote and gave me a number to call , where I was put on hold and eventually they hung up on me. I randomly stumbled across Bruces number and he spent an hour on the phone trying to help me get the best possible rate for my new car. Excellent customer service from Bruce, he does not deserve the low ratings that people are giving him just because corporate GEICO screwed them over.

        One car on my policy, just got hit with $188 for six month increase. Geico said unfortunately rates are going up. No surcharge for an accident just a scumbag company adding to the billions in profit.Sorry Bruce, youre the closest agent to me
