We received several quotes before choosing Rossi. I researched the units quoted by different contractors and found the Trane AC and heater units Rossi quoted to be the best quality and highest rated within our budget. Their salesman met me in person, evaluated our needs, took the time to present several options. Other contractors quoted higher for much lower rated units. Rossi showed up on time, installers were polite, professional and clean. I had to leave work to meet them at my house on the day of the installation they called the day before and the day of, giving me a heads up as to when they'd be arriving, and they showed up precisely when promised. The units were installed at the end of last summer, so I waited through the winter heating season and spring AC this year to review everything. We are extremely pleased with the efficiency of the heating and cooling units. Months after the original installation they visited our home to double check everything. They recently called to follow up again. We own a small, family business and prefer to deal with other small, family businesses. The service is just better when ones family name is attached. I highly recommend Rossi, and we will use them as our preferred HVAC/ plumbing contractor moving forward. Services: Heating system installation, Install AC

I recently had my system switched from oil to electric (heat pump) by Rossi and had an excellent experience! They were prompt with getting me an estimate and the communication was perfect the entire time. I like that the quote was broken down so that I could pick the option that worked best for me, with "good," "better," and "best" options outlined clearly. The installation process went smoothly and the people working on my project were friendly and personable. The payment process was easy as well, and when I completed my last payment, a thorough statement was sent to me with check numbers, payment dates, and a reminder to schedule my inspection with the Township. Rossi pulled all necessary permits and the work passed Township inspection with no issues. A building inspector friend was over recently and commented that Rossi did a great job and that everything was up to code and installed correctly. I had an issue where the new thermostat had an error, and Rossi sent someone over within the hour (in the evening!) to re-program it. Overall, I definitely recommend Rossi Mechanical Services and will for sure use them again if I need any more work done. Thank you Pat Kane for your outstanding service!
