Please dont stay here I had the worst experience ever and been trying to reach out to higher management and everyone given me the run around and I have all these charges on my card .. David the (GM ) is rude he treated me and my friends like trash changed our room without asking

Stayed for a couple days with a friend. Disappointed in level of cleanliness. Showerhead has mold/algae on it. Switched rooms same issue! Pool is cloudy and cold, does anyone even take care of it? Had a problem with thermostat / heater and called down to speak with the manager who assured repair, but no one ever showed up. On the plus side, breakfast is very good, lobby is warm and hospitable and we always had fresh towels.

I had a great time staying overnight at this hotel. The room was super clean & had a cozy ambiance. The staff was friendly & helpful, we were provided with extra towels upon request & they even let us have a super late checkout by 2pm at no extra charge. We were able to sign into our Netflix account to watch movies which was great & it automatically signed us out each time we shut the TV off which is a nice feature. The continental breakfast was surprisingly delicious! They had little egg cakes with feta cheese & sausage patties. They were so yummy! The variety of breakfast food was great. I only wished that there was ice available to put in my water during the breakfast but I grabbed some by the elevator later. I was able to bring my 9lb Shih Tzu dog & everyone was so friendly greeting her when we were walking through or eating breakfast. It means a lot to me that I could include my small dog in our plans so I give a big gold star to places that are pet friendly. The only complaint I have is that the room seemed a little warm & we were unable to lower the temperature beyond 67. I tend to run extra hot & it's a big deal to me when I'm feeling too hot. I like to have the room feel like I'm in the arctic & then bundle up in the cozy blankets & bed, but that's just my personal preference though. Overall, I would totally stay here again & I'd recommend it to others looking for a nice place to spend the night. Thank you for a pleasant experience!!! Rooms: The room was small, but it kind of seemed more cozy because of it. The TV was in the perfect location, right across from the bed so movies & snuggling were ideal here. The fact that we could access Netflix & other streaming services was a major plus as well & it'd even sign you out automatically when you turn off the TV. The bathroom was so luxurious, bright & big. We were given a lot of towels & great toiletries were provided as well. When I took a shower I thought the hot water didn't work but when my boyfriend took a shower after me he said it worked for him, so that's just my blunder. Lol. There's outlets on either side of the bed & space for my little dog to roam around the room, set up her food/water bowl & use the potty pad underneath the desk so it was out of the way. I wish the air conditioner would've gotten a little colder, I like to put it at like 60 & then snuggle up in the bed, but I felt warm at the 67 minimum that it allowed. Food & drinks: The continental breakfast was delicious & offered a variety of different breakfast food. Bagels, yogurt, cereal, muffins, delicious egg cakes that are already in an individual portion, sausage patty, make your own waffle & I'm sure there's more I can't remember. Everything tasted fresh, was fully stocked, the areas were clean & it was fun interacting with the other guests while waiting your turn to grab something. Noteworthy details: The air conditioner in the room only went down to 67, which to me is not cold enough. I run very hot & need it quite chilly to be comfortable. It felt fine but if you plan on snuggling with someone it can get a bit stuffy.

Do not recommend staying here. First off they are advertising that the indoor pool that they have is heated and it's not. It was freezing cold, it was like a shock to our bodies so it was not enjoyable. Also they moved us from room to room and we weren't even there longer then an hour. Kids running up and down the hall ways. Etc.

Only problem was a dangerous bathtub. No non skid protection. Extremely slippery. I put a towel down to prevent falling. Be aware Safety: Dangerous bathtub.
