Tech Sean T was sent to my mothers house a senior citizen to fix a pin hole leak in a water line. He claimed that the gate valve that turns the water off was to old and she needed to call the Philadelphia water department to turn the water off at the curb . The valve turns just fine. He sat there and did nothing while she waited on the phone on hold with the city. The city water department would not send anyone to turn the water off because that is the job of the master plumber to do. They charged a senior citizen $265 to do absolutely nothing. 0 out of 5 stars. They should be ashamed.

Called for a simple cleaning/maintenance check of A/C mini split unit that was functioning fine before they touched it. They sent a guy who did not seem to know what he was doing that proceeded to remove the dirty filters from the unit and wash them out in my kitchen sink (very UN-professional). He then tore the unit apart he claims to "clean the coils" $400.00 later he says "I'm all done" and promptly asks to be paid which he was. On the way out the door he briefly mentions "oh by the way we developed a slight vibration after I put everything back together and you need a new bearing to fix it" After he left and the unit was turned on it vibrated so bad we thought it was coming off the wall! When we contacted the company to find out what happened they said "you do not need a new bearing you need a whole new motor and fan"! I said this unit is less then five years old since you people installed it and was working fine before you touched it? Tim from customer service tried to explain that it was the dust on the coils that kept it from vibrating and now that they cleaned it it is out of balance causing the vibration. This made no sense and when I offered to pay for the part they claimed it needed if they would install it since they caused the problem I was promptly hung up on by Tim.
I would never use this company again and would caution others as well.

Knowledgeable about geothermal systems and easy to get an appointment. Labor costs felt a little high. But, honestly, theres no one else I would trust.
