Kremp Florist

I do not live in the area, and this is the second time Ive used kremp for same day delivery! My mom always loves the bouquets I send her from here and they are always so fresh and beautiful! Thank you so much kremp florists for putting so much love into your work!!

I ordered a dish garden comprised of assorted spring bulbs for my daughter for Easter. It was beautiful with daffodils and crocuses and more to bloom! Be aware that the container is very natural looking, It is like a basket woven from vines with a moss-type covering. It looks like it all just came out of the earth! so much so that my daughter thought there was no container at first, just dirt. The florist was helpful in clearing up the mystery. It is a beautiful piece, but be aware it does not come in a metal or ceramic container. It is gorgeous for Easter or just to celebrate Spring!

I placed an online order with Kremp. Due to a glitch in the system, the flowers were delivered 4 days early. I called and spoke with Chad, he got the issue corrected and re-sent the arrangement for the correct date. Thank you for standing behind what you sell and making it right.

I recently placed an order with Kremp Florist for a same-day flower delivery, adhering to their stated cutoff time of 12:30 PM CST. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Despite placing my order well before the deadline, I received an email notification informing me that same-day delivery was not possible. The reason provided was that the contracted flower shop was already overwhelmed with deliveries for the day. This lack of coordination and foresight on their part was disappointing, especially considering the emphasis on guaranteed same-day delivery. Furthermore, the overall cost of the flowers ended up being higher than anticipated due to hefty delivery fees. While I understand that delivery charges are standard in the industry, the combination of these fees with the unfulfilled promise of same-day delivery leaves much to be desired. At this point, I can only hope that the flowers will indeed be delivered tomorrow, as promised. However, this experience has certainly left me questioning the reliability and value proposition of Kremp Florist.

My whole review deleted as I was writing it! So long story shortened my husband spent over $100 on proflowers to get me an arrangement for our anniversary. He selected an arrangement that looked like my wedding bouquet. The arrangement he selected was the highest tier. PROFLOWERS used kremp to fulfill the order. The flowers we got were not up to expectation. Did not look like the pro flower photos and also per flower was no more than $30-40 arrangement. The vase is maybe 4 cube (I didnt measure but its over slightly over 3 but definitely not 6) There were only two standard size roses. 4 mini roses. 5 normal carnations. 3 mini flowers that look sort of like carnations. A lot of greenery. So obviously my husband receives these flowers and he is looking a little sad. I was grateful for them since the colors were So pretty, but recommended if he wasnt happy to contact proflowers. Proflowers sent a new arrangement the next day from a different local florist and it was over double the size and included succulents (which was the main reason he chose this arrangement). So about Kremp I cannot tell you if it was a communication issue between florist and proflowers or what. I will give stars because delivery was fine and flowers did stay fresh (it has been a week) but the arrangement was definitely comparable to a $30-40 acme display and not a $100+ arrangement from a florist. Put the chocolate bunny there for size comparison.
