        Forever 21 is the worse when it comes to Plus size fashions. The grunge look, the outdoor cabin flannels and nursing home look is horrible. I don't know who the buyer is for this department. They are obviously not paying attention to the fashion trend. Please upgrade your Plus Suze department to be more in line with what's fashionable for 2022.

        Bought some clothes for my daughter for school. One pair of pants didn't fit. My daughter lost the receipt but figured we would exchange for another pair. Store told us that it is against store policy. Won't be going back. Plenty of other stores that want the business.
