The cashier was so disrespectful, ignorant, unprofessional. When I greeted her, she ignored, she even keeps talking to another cashier who next to her, and at the same time polished the other customer how nice is his tattoo, etc When I noticed the price on the tags was different from the screen, immediately informed her to check. She called her supervisor to check, after adjusted, however when I said Thank you so much , the supervisor also ignored me. The whole process the cashier and even the supervisor did not looking / respond to me at all. It made me feel very uncomfortable, not welcoming, and more racist!
The store have a lot affordable stuff, great selection. Its shame that such a large company but very poor customer service. There are many negative reviews already, the Management have to step in and well train the employees.
Its sad to see this Mall business is going down, because this also part of the issues. Peoples rather go to KOP than here.
