The Station at Willow Grove

This place is kept clean. They have cleaners everyday which is something I very much appreciate. The staff is always available to give a helping hand or help you out with any concerns. Everyone is very friendly. Theres lots of amenities pool, grills, tasting room to have people gather for anytime you want to host or entertain, gym, theatre, work space, lounge areas, big screen tvs. The apartments are very nice and spacious. Theres events planned for the community like bbqs, ice cream, quizzo. They have a book club every month. Food trucks come to the building often. Walking distance to mall, and a few places right across the street like giant and wawa. They keep up with fire safety regulations. The building is pretty secure and safe. I never wanted to rent but moving here I feel was the best decision I could of made for rent.

I have to edit this review. We lived here for a year. DO NOT expect your deposit back. They will charge for carpet replacement and will find every little detail to take away your money. I always get my deposit back or get at least 90% back this was NOT the case. We did not damage the carpet but still had to pay for a replacement that was unfounded and will go away with deep cleaning. Additionally, the elevator is always down and they take months to repair it. You can hear your neighbors constantly. This place is great! The ladies at the leasing office are super friendly and would help you with anything. The lobby is always clean and I feel like I am living in a hotel. The only downside is the mail room. I have spent hours trying to find my packages. I would recommend getting amazon lockers. They would provide more organization and make life easier for everyone.

I have lived at The Stations of Willow Grove for over one year and have really enjoyed the apartments, the atmosphere, amenities, and the covered parking. The facility and parking are safe and controlled. The Willow Grove Train Station is right across the street and is super convenient transportation to the city or the airport. I would recommend living at The Stations of Willow Grove.
