DONT GO TO THIS PLACE. If I could give zero stars I would. The husband and wife there are evil and money hungry. Refuse to listen to my concerns and only try and defend themselves with general stats and their Harvard degrees. They expanded my mouth further than a mans and put braces on me when I didnt even have any malocclusion besides a slight overbite. They kept my older sisters braces on for an additional six months past the time they were supposed to because my dad couldnt make the payments. And then they took my younger sisters braces off early because my dad couldnt make the payments. And we were all around the age of 12. I took my concerns to them now at the age of 35 and they twist the truth with their evil lies. They dont care about the person they care about getting the money. They also refused to hear me out about how they pushed my mouth back and now my face is growing in a downward growth and I have a longer face because of it. In addition to that the wifes name Sharon told me on more than one occasion that she didnt like my smile as an 11-year-old and that she doesnt know who would like it. I had a gap between my two front teeth and I still had four teeth missing because those adult teeth hadnt even come in . Theyre in it for the money and they refused to take accountability for trying to mold me into their cookie cutter satanic standard to make me look like I have that Hollywood smile that I never needed and never wanted. They also didnt tell you all the bad that comes with getting expander and braces. My teeth are weak now and sensitive and I cant do proper tongue posture because they pushed my bottom jaw back because they pushed my upper jaw back by widening it too far and then pushing it back even further with braces. Then on top of that they send me a letter saying they wont have further discussions and that they are happy with my results. But clearly they dont care if I am happy with it when I never even asked for it as a child and then tried to seek help from them as an adult. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!

My family has been going to Hayes & Hayes for generations. Its exciting to see Dr. Hayes son take the lead there. I highly recommend them for their orthodontic work!

Very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Michael is kind and thorough. He took the time to explain the treatment options available to me, addressing all my concerns and answering my questions with patience and clarity. Hayes and Hayes has always provided me with exceptional care.

I went to get a replacement retainer and was seen as a new patient evaluation. The doctor had an attitude and wouldnt treat me, since I had previously been with an orthodontist two hours away and suggested I regularly make the trip. When I told her I dont have time for that I work away from home as it is (Im a travel nurse) she stated, well you only work three days a week surely you have time for that. I had missed wearing my retainer for a week while I was away from home on a contract and it got tight. I wanted to be fitted for a new one and am not looking for corrective treatment. My current retainer already had a cross bite in the back and when I tried to show her that she stated that my molar slipped out of place in that one week. Which wasnt true since my current retainer mold reflects it out of place anyway. Overall an unpleasant experience.
