        They forgot to visit. Left me a voicemail saying they'd come ASAP. Forgot again and convinced me to not ask for refund by offering lime treatment free. Still haven't visited, been calling for days for a refund and their phone rings forever without going to voicemail. When I WAS able to leave a message they never got back to me.
