        The bed was broken so I told the front desk. The manager moved us to a better room , sounds good right but then in a very strange turn of events the head of housekeeping and the maintenance man entered the room while I was at work and my wife was alone in the room. They then proceeded to make comments suggesting we lied about the broken bed that I provided a picture of. As if we where trying to scam them or something , bizarre because the general manager (Tim) did this of his own accord we asked for nothing more then to a room with a good bed. Long story short the staff here are offensive and the location is good but the staff anre not. So unfortunately this makes for a bad stay. Needs new staff and it would be ok.
