They are very friendly and very helpful with me. If I ever need anything, theyre right there for me, I have to do is go to the office and theyre always so nice. I recommend them to anyone that could use them in the future.

I work in the field from the Williamsport office and the people there are cooperative and efficient. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the app used to clock in and out has some glitches. I realize some errors are made by myself, however, certainly not all of them

Great people could be a little faster in their responses . We expect when someone says that they will get back to us that they will do as they have said they would . That often is not the case and therefore we have to call again . Also could be a little quicker at getting things rolling as far as our care workers are concerned. We totally understand that these things take time and there are times when things warrant patience but at least when you give us your word that you will call us back then give us the courtesy of calling us back . Dont leave us in limbo . We don't like suspense ! Our mother is our number one priority. She should be yours too ! Please forgive us if this seems like hostility . Trust me we are very patient people but again our mothers care is our number one main concern.
