Ordered glasses last year, it took almost 3 months for them to contact me letting me know they were in. I showed up for them and they couldn't find them. It took several minutes (15 minutes at least) for them to find them. This was on top of the half hour I waited just to be seen to even get to that point. Today I find out the appointment I made a year ago was cancelled, no real reason given as to why, which is fantastic considering I made plans with my work schedule to be off that day which I now no longer need off. Now I get to call and figure out how many weeks, months, or years it will be until I can be seen again.
Ill be looking for a new eye doctor, this place is a gigantic mess, no wonder they have like a 2.7 star rating.

I was there the last time today. November 3, 2023. This was the second time that the woman in the optical store was extremely rude to me. Extremely. Dont know her name. But I can describe her if anyone wants to contact me. I will be going elsewhere for my annual exams and glasses. It should be zero stars but this site does not allow that.

Was a new patienthad a terrible experience this morning and will definitely not be back. Staff was running behind and while frustrating was not the end of the world. When they finally took me back the machines were all covered in make up, eye lashes, and who knows what else. The tech was beyond rude, and was openly complaining the entire appointment about other coworkers, equipment, and technology.

The receptionists and technicians were great! Very professional and friendly. Dt Hartzell was very professional and knowledgeable about my condition. I would highly recommend this place.

Today, December 29th, 2023 around 2:17 pm, I had the worst experience that I have ever had at any eye center facility. Upon arrival, my sister and I patiently waited to speak with an optical center employee. A very kind lady proceeded to help us. We were almost immediately interrupted by a different, very rude and obviously biased employee. This employee went out of her way to racially profile and criminalize my sister, the patient. The optical employee proceeded to verbally attack us for approximately 10 minutes. She went as far as to say that my sister is an abuser of the system and insinuated that she did not have insurance nor money to pay for contacts, this is far from the truth. I as well as the rest of my immediate family have been loyal customers of the eye center for over 15 years. I cannot name this employee as she proceeded to laugh at us when we asked for her managers number and to avoid any further disrespect we decided to leave the facility. I have worked in customer service as well as health care and I have never in my life been met with such cruel, unkind, and unprovoked disrespect.
