We seen Dr. Gretchen K. Henson. The staff was wonderful and so was Dr. Gretchen. Her assistant was so nice and they were both wonderful with my daughter. I was able to be with her the whole time. They took their time and explained things to my daughter and myself. She made sure my daughter knew what was happening so she was comfortable. I cannot express how happy I am with the services we got today at River Valley Dental!

I swear Ive never encountered more incompetent employees. They lose stuff, dont call you back, send wrong info, mess up referrals, never know what theyre doing. Its like pulling teeth to get them to literally do the simplest stuff. How do you lose paperwork?? Why do you forget to call patients?? Lose faxes??? Cancel appointments and never tell you??? How do you send the wrong referral information or never send it in the first place?? It never ends. I end up having to do their jobs FOR THEM 9/10 times. I ALWAYS have to double and triple check they actually do what they were suppose to do, and they still manage to mess something up or not do it. I should honestly just work there at this point or at least get a paycheck. Extremely disorganized and Im extremely over it. I just wish they would try, cause they cant be serious??? Bless the very few people that actually do a good job and know how to critical think and ya know do their job. I feel bad they have to fix everyone elses mistakes and figure out the mess they are presented with. The rest of you - DO BETTER!!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE at answering phones. I was on hold for a over an hour and STILL didn't get to talk to anyone.

Have multiple dentists listed as accepting new patients, have over 2000 people waiting on their first exam. Doesn't sound like you're telling the insurance companies the same thing you're telling the people who call you, River Valley! Otherwise, I wouldn't call a 2000+ waiting list as "accepting new clients", that's like a club saying you can get in tonight while the line is out 5 blocks from the entrance.
