        I resided at Grampian Hills for almost 2 years prior to buying my home. I cannot say enough good things about both the office and maintenance staff. The staff are friendly and efficient. The monthly resident gatherings are delightful, and a great way to meet neighbors. The pool is a great place to relax in the summer. Its rarely crowded and has plenty of space for both sun worshipers and those who prefer the shade. Having the ability to book the community room is also a great asset.
