My grandmother lived in this place when new. (1985) My aunt now lives there and it's amazing in that the condition of the place is very much the same! Well maintained facility, close to bus line and very near hospital. Truly a hidden gem for those that need this type of housing!

I lived here for a year and a half and I wasnt impressed however, the management has added a cleaning person for daily general cleaning and its so much nicer now. The central pa food bank makes a monthly delivery of food for the tenants. There is an assigned smoking area and the maintenance staff makes sure its regularly cleaned and tidy. Jodi Sampson is a Great humanitarian and she truly cares for her tenants as does the maintenance supervisor Art. Well done with the improvements.
