        I just called the Edwardsville location and spoke to Alecia, she was very helpful in helping me with the questions that I had about my taxes and the documents I would need to bring with me to file. I was able to put an extension on my taxes which we did over the phone and it was fast. I want to thank you, Alecia, for always being there for me, even when I am all over the place. Alecia is a wonderful person and has great patience and a loving soul, she truly cares about her customers and her job. She explains and gives you all the options that are there to help you get your taxes done sooner and if not she helps you find a way to get it done. I will be back next year to do my taxes with her. And I will let everyone know to go to this local because they know what they are doing over there at liberty taxes. You guys are awesome. I will be there soon.
