Guild Mortgage - Rich Sachse

I bought a house back in a June of this year using Rich as my loan officer but never got around to writing a review until now. My experience with him was great and will be using him in the future if I switch homes. As it was my first time buying a home he explained to me all of the options for financing I had and I feel like he really helped me understand what all of it meant so I could make educated choices. Very professional! He was available by phone whenever I needed to discuss something even during the evenings and on the weekends. That really gave me a lot of piece of mind being a first time homebuyer. Couldnt recommend Rich enough and hell be the person I tell people to talk to if Im asked for any recommendations or who I used.

Rich and the entire Guild Mortgage team were fabulous as we were in our process of buying our first home. They were super timely (like check your email/text in 5 minutes again!), professional, and personable. Rich explained everything in clear terms and provided insights through his years of experience.
