        Quoted over 3k to do a panel upgrade. Proceeds to make excuses to why he couldn't do the work. Says he only accepts cash. Lied about how long it takes to receive a permit. Said it takes 1 week and it only takes 24 to 48 hrs. Also hung up the phone on me when I said I wouldn't pay cash. Stay away do not use this scam electrician.
