        Absolutely WORST customer service from both local Pella franchise and Pella themselves. Bought 20 windows and 2 doors ($40k) in May of 2021. Order was suppose to come in September. It came in December and missing one window. Bernie (sales rep) forgot to order it. Was to come today, June 14. Received notice that wont be here until September 30. Local franchise doesnt careno apologynothing. Called Pella directly and they dont care either they put everything back on local Pella franchise. Service: Window design Absolutely WORST customer service from both local Pella franchise and Pella themselves. Bought 20 windows and 2 doors ($40k) in May of 2021.
