I have come here almost every week for at least 4 months. & every single time, the employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. The store also isnt the cleanest. One time a man talked to me as if I was 2 because I didnt tap my card where it said to tap it because at other stores, you tap your card on the screen. Other times, I have been followed around the store or given dirty looks by the employees. I am very disappointed due to the fact that I consider myself a regular here and find some really good pieces.

For under twenty dollars, I was able to purchase unfashionable clothes. By purchasing clothes at the regional goodwill, I am able to alleviate the burden on the regional environment. For several years, I have purchase most of my unfashionable clothes at Lehigh valley regional environment. By repurposing specific items, an average citizen can help alleviate the burden on the Lehigh valley regional environment. In addition to helping the environment, a regional resident is making a purchase that helps a regional non-profit business

Just left my merchandise by the checkout and walked out. Because they have one person on register and five walking around the store. Before walking out, I watched it take two people to unpack a box of measuring cups and put price stickers on them for 10 minutes instead of helping the cashier and shortening the line. If You do not value my time, I will not spend my money in your store.

Unfortunately the prices have been going up every couple months. Regular books use to be $1-2 but now they go for $3-5, same goes for everything else. Movies missing discs or badly scratched up they asking $5-9 & don't even think about games they will regularly price them for $6 & up. Clothes also can go from $10-40. At this point why buy at goodwill when you can buy the same items for new at the same price.
