        The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about pools and spas. There parts Dept usually has what i need. If not, its there in a day or two. Highly reccomend them.

        Be very careful and get everything in writing, is all I can say! Waited from March 2022 when we signed until January 2024 when we were told the timing and pricing we had signed and agreed upon would not be honored, so we got off the list for this upcoming summer. Luckily able to get deposit back but waiting now longer with another company. Very disheartening to be promised a spot in line and a price when we put the deposit down for nothing and waited all this time for nothing.

        If you need something, they have the part. I had a 16 year old pool that needed a replacement part. They were able to help.
