Warby Parker Lehigh Valley

When I walked in staff was very attentive and helpful. They gave me space to look on my own. They were knowledgeable, friendly, even fun!! I thought the pricing was great. At least 1/2 of what I would pay somewhere else. Spent time loading my choices of frames on their computer so I can reference in the future. Also loaded my eye prescription so they have that on file. Efficient

First time in store for glasses, I was met by friendly staff who took care of my needs. Very patient and gave me options to choose from. Would definitely recommend going there as they are very knowledgeable.

I took my husband to Warby Parker to get glasses and sunglasses. Our sales person knew exactly what he wanted and needed. Their selection is amazing. We had a great experience.

Marina did such a good job helping me pick out glasses today. I was so indecisive and she remained patient as I tried on almost every pair in the store. Watching her meticulously adjust them with her tiny instruments that look like the ones from the Seinfeld episode where the vet has to operate on the squirrel. The experience couldn't have been any better. Plus, I got some these neat solar glasses for free!!! Not going to lie, the glasses look pretty cool on my cat

If I could give less than one star I would. I visited the Lehigh valley mall location today when they opened at 11. I have never shopped in a physical store before, but have browsed at their online selection in the past. I had high hopes of a great experience, but boy was I wrong. I walked in and wasnt greeted by anyone. I looked around at the selection of glasses and also needed a pair of solar eclipse glasses. I walk to the front counter as I see there is a bowl of them. The two young girls working the front could not have more of a sour piss attitude. When I asked for a pair of glasses they told me to not take from the bowl and to wait. I listen to what they said and waited. The one girl rolled her eyes and aggressively reached over and grabbed the pair for me and threw them on the counter. I understand retail can be exhausting, however I was in there at 11:03pm when they opened at 11. There was absolutely no reason to give that negative attitude that early in the day, or in general period. I will never ever step foot in that place again and they should be ashamed. Take your money elsewhere with better customer service.
