YIKES!!!!! The attitude of the woman last night who handled my return was jarring! I had purchased two of the same bras in a slightly size difference for each for an outfit. The one that didn't fit as well I returned. Unworn with tags, still wrapped in tissue paper in the bag. Eyeball rolls, "another one from Saucon Valley" she said as loud as she could. Can't say I'll be going back to that location.

I recently lost weight and needed to be sized for new bras. The place is very organized. Unfortunately they are short staff, but who isn't these days. But Faith that took care of me did a fabulous job. She did a wonderful job taking care of everyone she could.

Awful experience everyone stood around and did not offer any help and even when asked, they had an attitude. The woman who measured me was VERY rude and she did not offer any help besides telling me I was wearing the wrong size. The demeanor of all who worked there was that they had better things to do than to be helping their customers (I was the only customer in the store at the time). Will not be shopping here again.

Let me start by saying I love Soma but...  I showed up to this location at 145pm on a Wed before Mothers day to grab a gift .. (making sure I wouldn't get there too late since they have earlier closing hours than the mall.. and there was a sign on the door they were closed !  The manager was in there saying it's "illegal" for her to be open without an assistant.  I drove 40 minutes here , with gas prices High with a handicapped foot to get there...  The last time I went to go to Soma st the Promenade shops they closed suddenly at 2pm saying to go to Lv mall location.  I can't drive another 30 minutes out of my way.  They need some staff!
