Bad customer service. My 12 year old son went into the store at 6:40 pm purchase a bear. I was in the mall just not with him at the moment but I was on my way to meet him. Hes a quiet kid, he was alone, just looking not touching. The lady told him he needed to leave and that she was going to call security on him. My son left and came to me I told him there is no policy of kids his age having to be with a parent. My son went back and he called me because she was there telling him to get out, I was at the store in 2 minutes. She told me he needed a parent, that she was going to call security. Theres always kids at the mall hanging out she cant possibly be kicking out every kid that walks in that store without a parent. The store is a kid store. My son ended up spending his $100 gift card and I spend an additional $100, a total of $200. That lady is racist and she needs to be called out on what she did to a paying customer.

Staff is very friendly and informative. They honored a coupon I received 20 min after It came to my email.

My experience is only 5 star because of Valentino, its not because of anything else in this store. Valentino was very sweet and everyone else made my experience otherwise AWFUL.
