        Called at 9:25am, lady answered Hello like I was bothering her I asked hello back and she hung up on me. Beats me whats her problem but I wont be calling back and will take it as a sign!

        Ive lived here for almost 3 years now and Ive never had a problem. The area is quiet and neighbors are awesome.

        Lived here from 2021-2023. Honestly I loved it. The building had some small faults, like you can always hear the upstairs neighbors walking, and you can sometimes hear peoples dogs barking. But that comes with apartment living! Completely not the fault of the complex, and I've never had a neighbor not be kind and reasonable. Maintenance was so insanely kind and quick. Theyre happy to help with any issues and super respectful of your space. Any time I had to call management they were happy to help me out in anyway! The apartment itself was nice. We ended up moving into a house, but if I had to move back into an apartment, I would pick orchard hills again in a heartbeat! They keep their rent low and super reasonable for the area, and their maintenance and management teams are actually kind, personable and helpful!
