Express Care at Wexford Health + Wellness Pavilion

I stopped in yesterday to be seen and it was right before they closed which I didnt know. A woman came out after being seen an complained to the receptionist that the MA and doctor were so rude and that should have been my clue to leave. Instead I went back to be seen and I think he said his name was Rick but he barely introduced himself before saying he couldnt help me and I said I wanted my heart checked but had to leave because of how rude he was. I called to ask to be refunded for my copay since it was useless and now I have to go to a different doctor and they said they could only refund me if I had went to the hospital yesterday which is ironic because they were closing anyway. Just go to medexpress or anywhere else

My doctor instructed me to go to Express Care to be examined for persistent stomach pain. Whoever examined me pressed on my stomach which produced a lot of pain after which she said go to the ER. She then walked out of the room. I walked out of the room to ask how to get to the ER only to see her walking down the hall and turning the corner. I had acute appendicitis and was operated on that night.

The CRNP Jenna that I had was great! Super sweet, informative, listened to concerns, answered all my questions. The wait time was short and I was in and out quickly with a diagnosis and medications called in. Would recommend this place!!

I stopped by last Sunday for a terrible fall on my hip. I thought the attending staff was very thorough and efficient. I didn't wait long to be seen by the Dr. They were very short staffed but all had a pleasant attitude. The most difficult part of the visit was locating the correct entrance. Wexford Pavillion is a confusing maze.
