        ***Do Not Use Roto Rooter*** if you need a job done now they tell you it's 24 hour service but they stop at 8pm. they will string you along and keep telling you "within 2 hours you will get a call" then they will tell you, you are priority for the next day and continue to string you along. then when they do come out they will charge you more than anywhere else. when we had our first job done in the summer they didnt do a proper fix and had to resend a new plumber the next day who showed up 7 hours late. Just my personal experience

        We had an issue with our tankless water heater. The first technician who came out was a bit inexperienced, so he left us with a leak. No big deal, it happens. Within just a couple days the company sent out new technicians to fix what the first technician couldnt; and, I got a phone call informing theyd be refunding me the money I had paid! Mistakes are part of life, but its how a company deals with them that makes a difference. I really appreciated the extra effort.
