I have been dealing with TMJ problems for years and really didnt know what was going on for a while. It kept getting worse and worse to the point where my jaw would lock up and it was scary and hard to deal with. I took a chance on Alexandra George and I really cant say enough good things about her and her team so far. I have felt nothing but in amazing hands. Dont mess around when it comes to your health and body. Go to the professionals. (Ps all though I am not completely done with the full process, everything so far has been above and beyond.) Dr. George had treated both my son and my daughter for TMJ. My daughter suffered from severe TMJ symptoms, headaches being the most debilitating. I will never forget her crying in pain and not being able to help her. As a mom, that is so incredibly difficult to watch your child go through and not have any solution. We found Dr. Alex after seeing so many other professionals that could not help. I can honestly say she gave my daughter her life back. I do not know where we would be without her. She also helped my son as I mentioned earlier his symptoms were not severe, but we knew where it could lead to and we wanted to avoid that at all costs! Im so happy we found her, I cannot recommend her enough and will be forever thankful!

I was seen by Dr Alex in 2022 for DTR therapy. She had previously treated my sister and helped her get out of a great deal of pain. I had more minor symptoms, but I knew mine would progress if left untreated. I did not want to get to the level of pain I saw my sister suffer through. Its been almost 2 years and Im happy to say Ive been symptom free! Dr. Alex is extremely thorough in her treatment and she truly cares for her patients. I would recommend seeing her to anyone who is suffering from TMJ related issues!

*** AS A WARNING- everyone needs to be absolutely certain that the cause of their issues (all of their issues) is TMJ before going down this very expensive and extensive path!! Of course we all get desperate when we have been suffering in pain and misery for months, years, decades and no other doctor or dentist etc has been able to help. We go in to a fancy office, with fancy technology we havent seen before or even heard of, greeted with smiles and great bedside manners- and are made promises that we have found the answer and relief finally. That is exactly how we get sucked in. There are many other things that can cause the same symptoms as tmj and even pain along the same areas. You could have a misaligned atlas, Ernest syndrome, your cervical spine could be misaligned-a pinched nerve even, certain neuralgias from dental work and so on. This is not a cure all- and it certainly is not a cure all if your full root cause is not tmj disorder. Just because you have jaw pain- does not mean this is your problem or your answer. Do your research. Dont get sucked in to throwing your money away because you are desperate for relief.
