My wife took our 3 year old for his first dentist appointment. They waited roughly 25-30 minutes which Ill give them some grace on that because it was the last appointment of the day. But the hygienist took about 30 seconds to clean my sons teeth with no flossing. Then put the chair up and said basically said they were good to go. My wife asked if they were going to see the dentist to which the hygienist replied oh well I didnt want to make you wait any longer, but okay we would have been charged for the whole dentist visit without seeing the actual dentist at all! Will be looking elsewhere for our next appointment.

After years of dentophobia from traumatizing and painful childhood experiences, this office has definitely subsided some of my anxiety. Im 24 and havent gone to the dentist since I was in high school because of the fear. Today is the first dentist appointment Ive ever made for myself and Im very happy to say that Ill be going back for a cleaning and cavity work. All office employees were so kind and patient, even when Id expressed concerns and asked dumb questions. The dentist was sure to make me comfortable and explained the plan very simply. The front desk worker also explained the pricing very well to me which also helped a lot since finances are a concern. My dental insurance is good (I think), but even when meeting my maximum, I think the pricing is very reasonable. Ive had family members have to pay more than double the out-of-pocket fees for cavity work at other offices. The office itself is also very tidy, modern, and welcoming. Granted, this is my first initial experience and I will revisit this review and add as I get work done, but Im very optimistic that my rating will remain 5 stars!!

I just had to take time to write a review for the Wexford office. My daughter came here after she had horrible experiences with other dentists in the Wexford area and had an emergency. They treated her great and even gave her laughing gas (at her request) because she was SO NERVOUS. (she's 26) and refused to go even get her teeth cleaned after her bad experiences. My normal dentist was 'booked' for months. So when I cracked not one, but TWO, crowns within two weeks, i went here based on her great experience. I was SO HESITANT too because of my bad experiences in the past. But i have to say: Dr Neha Sharma to the rescue! Dr Sharma was just EXCELLENT. And i will say: its some of the little things they do that make ALL the difference. 1. They put a pillow behind your neck. Ok, this SOUNDS ridiculous but no other dentist EVER did this for me and it helped so much. 2. The novacaine. (did i spell that right?). Anyway, expertly placed with some numbing cream first. Went it with no problem and numbed me up great. 3. The putty. When she started to drill me the water sprayed up on my tooth above and i have receeding gums. And MAN, did it annoy. To the point where i didn't know if I could go on. I asked if there was a way to put a 'cover' over my teeth above. Dr Sharma said 'oh, i can use 'the putty.' THE PUTTY? No other dentist EVER suggest any putty. And man, was it a lifesaver for me. I was in the chair awhile to get the broken crown cut off. And the putty made all the difference. 4. The machine they use to take a picture for the crown makers. Instead of the full mouth impressions that normally happen, they use a machine that takes a picture of your tooth area to make a perfect crown. There was no wait to get in (which in the beginning i was happy about but it also made me nervous since my former dentist had a 5 month wait???). But this was the BEST thing that ever happened for me. I will not go anywhere else as long as Dr Sharma is there. I cannot recommend her and this office enough. The staff are friendly and helpful. They take their time. There is no rush. The are a well kept secret. I couldn't be more grateful to them and to Dr Sharma. I hope if you are reading this, you will not hesitate to give them a try!
