I recently traveled to Ireland with my sister on a Thompson organized trip. Thankfully, we took out the suggested trip insurance because on day 1, a medical emergency required us to remain in town while the tour continued on. Eileen's attention to detail was so helpful and definitely eased our minds. She rebooked hotels, arranged local transportation, rebooked our flights and ensured we received the necessary airport assistance in Ireland and in the US. No hesitation to recommend Eileen and Thompson for your travel needs.

Thompson Tours / Eileen Minor should not be trusted to handle any group vacations / tours. That is, unless you want a run around and added stress due to her lack of communication and unresponsiveness. When a group of people use a travel agent to plan their trip, they normally expect their group to travel together, stay at the same location, etc. This was not the case for our group of 30 that recently used Thompson Tours / Eileen Minor. Our group was separated on both the outgoing and return flights, as well as had the group separated into two hotels. Due to the inconvenience, we were promised that our return baggage fees would be covered by the travel agency, but they have not been as of yet. Any individual planning a vacation knows to book their travel and accommodations months in advance, and one would assume a travel agent would know to do the same. Unfortunately, our group trip was not booked until merely days before our scheduled departure, and even then, our return travel arrangements were not booked until after our arrival at our destination. We are now awaiting refunds for our return baggage fees from this year's trip, and my husband and I are still awaiting a refund from our trip from 2021 that Eileen stated she received last November.

We just returned from California to see Penn State play and win in the Rose Bowl! Eileen and her staff were top-notch! Enjoyed the most beautiful stay, and our transport was via luxury buses! Dont hesitate to book with her-you wont be disappointed!

This is the second trip to Europe that we've taken with Thompson Tours. We always get our monies worth and more. The accommodations are always 1st rate and modern, the scheduled tours are conducted by professional and knowledgeable guides, and there has always been free time built into the trip to explore on your own. Eileen, with her years of experience, knows how to organize and execute a great vacation. We will use T T again.
