Taco Bell

Taco Bell is a hit or miss! Everyone knows that, depending on what you ordered! It's all good with them! I'll still go back unless I get horrible customer service and really really bad food!

They r so slow in making food, they don't care if someone is waiting or whatsoever. Their is a lady she is smoking cigarettes outside casually and doesn't care how long the line of customer is. Customer are turning away after waiting bcoz nobody is their to take their order.

Gave my GrubHub order away to someone else, which I only found out after I'd been ignored at the counter for almost ten minutes. Ridiculous.

I guess they had a worker shortage. The drive-thru was long and not moving so I go inside and immediately I think to myself, this wont be any better. I had a App order for 2 of the new Crispanadas so I was just picking up. There were customers inside asking for refunds. After I had been standing there 10 minutes another lady said it's been 45 minutes and she still only had part of her order. She ended up just leaving, not geta refund or anything????? I wont get into it because I understand how things can go but everyone was frustrated from the staff to the customers. I heard the manager tell one of the customers as she was giving her a refund, she was sorry and that no one wants to work. I did wait 20 minutes after I got inside. My wife, who was still outside waiting, texted me and said she was surprised I waited that long. I felt I had already given them 20 minutes of my life, it may as well be for something. When I finally got back to the car and told my wife, she said they should have closed the inside and just did drive-thru. I think that would have actually made the most sense. Food was good but the wait was horrible.......but I can understand.
