Zero stars deserved. Office staff is fake . All they do is lie for over a year. Got money from insurance company and owes my mom a refund. A year. Nicole acts like she's gonna do something. Doesn't. Just lies. I'm going to contact the news and make sure social media is aware of this scandalous office! No one returns my mom's calls. Promises and promises with nothing. They want their money the day of visit and got it but a year later and extra visits to other dentists after their work needed fixedand still no refund for what is owed. Doubled charged!!

5 star review above is for the hygienist I had awhile ago) The dr s and dental staff were great but their billing dept . Im still waiting for my refund they owe me for overpaying them It s been a year now Im tired of waiting to get my money owed back to me C King

Have been calling about a bill for almost 2 months now . Never had any service done . Was an employee (sadly) for 8 years & 6 months after I quit they send me a 200 dollar bill with no service attached to it . Every time I speak to someone they tell me they sent a ticket to their home office , its been 3 phone calls of this now .
