If they cant spell your name right and the paperwork you filled out for them on line mysteriously disappears and you have to attempt to start all over again when you get to the office for your FIRST appointment..then you did not get a good first impression. First impressions are important and tell the tale of what will follow.

I WISH I could give them zero stars! Not only did I wait over 6 months for an appt for cleaning but the cavity they filled previously fell out!!! & because I was ONE MINUTE past their grace period due to new construction patterns to their office, they refused to see me. The hygienist said she was feeling the pressure from every patient. Like you clean teeth lol youre not doing high end surgery here, every office has a grace period & Ive NEVER been late for them. The hygienist needs a less stressful job it sounds like if 1 minute behind schedule is pressuring her. Bunch of bull excuses from this office. The Grey Associates in Monroeville is WAY BETTER & worth the drive over this back alley business.

Our family has been seeing this dentist for years.  Staff, dentist, office environment, and easiness in getting waited on is amazing.  I would recommend this dental office for anyone with dental anxiety.  They are the best !
